Roof Cleaning/Treatment
What is roof treatment, and why is it important?
Roof treatment involves applying specialized solutions to remove moss, algae, and lichen while protecting your roof from future growth. Regular treatments help extend the life of your roof, maintain its appearance, and prevent damage caused by organic buildup.
Is Pressure Washing Bad For My Roof?
Yes. Pressure washing can be very damaging to almost any kind of roof. Your roofing manufacturer could void your roof warranty if a pressure washer is used to clean it. That’s why we designed a very low-pressure treatment process that ensures no damage and a long-lasting roofing system and is 100% backed by the manufacturer!
How much does roof treatment cost?
The cost depends on the size of your roof, the level of moss or algae present, and the job’s difficulty. We provide free estimates to give you an accurate quote.
What Should I Expect After My Roof Is Treated?
After treating asphalt and tile roofs, you might notice some remaining white, dead moss. This is completely normal. Rather than removing 100% of the moss—which would require harmful methods like pressure washing or wire scraping—we use a gentle brooming technique to loosen the moss, followed by an application of our solution to eliminate any remaining growth. Over the next 3–6 months, the rest of the moss will naturally fall off, leaving your roof clean and well-preserved. This safe and effective approach ensures your roof remains in excellent condition for the long term.
House Washing
What method do you use for house washing?
We exclusively use soft washing, a low-pressure cleaning method combined with eco-friendly solutions, to gently and effectively clean without damaging your home’s surfaces.
Is Pressure Washing Bad For My Home?
Pressure Washing can heavily damage your siding if done improperly and does not sanitize the surface from future mold and algae growth. We only recommend a Soft Wash. We use gentle pressure, that will guarantee a great clean without blasting away the paint! Our cleaning solution sanitizes the surface along with the cleaning.
How much does House Washing cost?
Our house washing services are priced based on factors like the scope of work, the type of cleaning required, and the square footage of the area. We’ll always discuss pricing with you upfront after assessing your needs, ensuring you know the final cost before we begin.
Question #4: How Often Should I Have the Exterior of My Home Washed?
Depending on your preference, every 1-2 years is a good frequency for washing the exterior of your home. The north side of your home will be the first to show mold and algae. Many of our clients have us come out one time per year to revive the exterior of their home.
Christmas Lighting
What Makes Your Christmas Light Installation Service Unique?
Our Christmas light installation service is tailored specifically to your home, ensuring a clean, professional look without messy extension cords or excessive stapling. We use high-quality, commercial-grade C9 lights and provide complete maintenance and support throughout the season.
How Much Does It Cost?
Our Christmas light installation is a premium service, with pricing typically ranging from $500 to $1,000, depending on the size and complexity of your project. We charge $8 per linear foot, and the average home requires approximately 100 linear feet of lighting.
Do You Install Lights That I Already Own?
No, we do not install Christmas lights provided by other individuals or companies unless we design and build the set. This policy allows us to maintain the highest standards for a professional installation and a polished final result.
What Color Options Are Available For The Lights?
We offer a wide range of popular colors, including warm white, cool white, blue, red, and green. Additionally, we provide custom patterns, allowing your imagination to be the only limit when designing your home’s festive look this Christmas season.
Gutter Cleaning
How Often Is Gutter Cleaning Needed?
It’s recommended to clean your gutters at least once a year. However, if your property is surrounded by trees or experiences heavy storms, you may need more frequent cleanings to prevent clogs and water damage.
Do you clean up the debris after cleaning the gutters?
Absolutely! We make it a priority to leave your property spotless. All debris removed from your gutters is carefully cleaned up and properly disposed of, ensuring your yard, driveway, and patio stay tidy.
Can You Clean The Exterior Of My Gutters?
Yes, we do! One of our specialized services includes exterior gutter brightening. Using a technique called soft washing, we apply a low-pressure, biodegradable cleaning solution to the exterior of your gutters. This method effectively removes organic algae, dirt, and other residues without causing any damage. Afterward, we rinse the gutters with low pressure, leaving them spotless and looking like new. This service is priced separately but can be bundled with interior gutter cleaning for the best overall results.
How Do You Clean The Gutters?
We use specialized tools and techniques to clean your gutters safely and effectively. This process includes removing debris by hand and flushing the gutters and downspouts with water to ensure proper flow.
Pressure Washing
What Areas Do You Pressure Wash?
We pressure wash your walkways, patios, driveways, front sidewalks, side walkways, and even pool deck areas. We remove all dirt, mildew, and grime so you can be safe when walking around your home.
Do You Pressure Wash My Home?
How Much Does It Cost?
Our minimum job for pressure washing is $250 and goes up from there, depending on the scope of your work. We are happy to provide you with a custom quote for your project, and often, we can give you an estimate quoting off a couple of pictures.
How Often Is Pressure Washing Needed
For residential properties with an average level of traffic and exposure to the weather, pressure washing may need to be done annually, although if dirt appears more frequently, the job can be done as required. Good general maintenance will help you to avoid the need for multiple pressure washing cleanings each year.
